Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

Between you and the operators of Ahead Ai ("we", "us"), reachable at hello@aheadai.pro. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16, and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If your country, employer, or school forbids the app, don't use it.

3. Your account

• Keep your credentials secret; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• We can suspend or terminate accounts that are used to abuse, threaten, defraud, spam, or circumvent these terms.
• You can close your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

4. What we provide

Ahead Ai prepares you for meetings, interviews, podcasts, media appearances and events: it drafts briefings, openers, questions, answers, talking points and closings using large language models; researches the topics, people and organisations you name using public web and reference sources and documents you add, and shows where facts came from; runs practice sessions that record, transcribe and score your answers and give coaching feedback; and integrates with your calendar on your instruction. Availability targets are "best effort" and not a guarantee of uptime.

5. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD via Apple or Google. Yearly plans are priced below twelve monthly payments; the saving is shown before you subscribe.
• Free trial: new subscribers may be offered a 5-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, in your Apple or Google account, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the price shown when you subscribed. You can use one free trial per account.
• Renewals happen automatically on the anniversary date until you cancel in your Apple/Google account.
• Apple's and Google's refund policies govern refunds. You can request a courtesy refund from us but it's not guaranteed.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service at scale.
• Use it to generate hate speech, defamation, fraud, illegal content, or anything that violates a third party's rights.
• Upload malware, exploit rate limits, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Resell or sub-license the service without written permission.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into the app — meeting briefs, documents you upload, links you add, recordings, notes. Only upload or link material you have the right to use. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to deliver the service. We do not train models on it.

8. AI-generated output

Generated openers, questions, answers, briefings and scripts are suggestions, not guarantees. They may contain inaccuracies, including about people and organisations, even when sources are shown; check important facts against the cited sources. Practice scores and coaching feedback are guidance, not an assessment of your ability. You are responsible for what you say in your meeting. You may use the output freely for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

9. Third-party services

The app depends on Anthropic, OpenAI, RevenueCat, AWS, Apple, Google, Microsoft (if you connect Outlook), Sentry, SendGrid and, where enabled, web search and reference providers such as Wikipedia/Wikidata, Exa, Tavily, Brave Search and GNews. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for their availability or failures.

10. Intellectual property

Ahead Ai, the logo, the call-sheet visual language, and the design system are ours. Don't impersonate the brand or copy the site.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution) survive termination.

15. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. Material changes are announced by in-app notice or email 14 days before they take effect.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless local law requires otherwise.
